PRE-indoor TRAINING - TECHNICAL GOALKEEPING PROGRAMS

$180 FOR 4 goalkeeping sessions FOR BEGINNERS

MONDAYS - PLAYERs 10 to 17 years old - GIRLS & BOYS

this program is perfect for beginner to early intermediate goalkeepers, diving techniques and catching skills will be reinforced to help the goalkeeper to master her/his skills FOR THE OUTDOOR season. goalkeeper will be introduced to hand/feet distribution, and extension diving.

SATURDAYS - PLAYERS 7 to 10 years old - GIRLS & BOYS

for youth goalkeepers Who have training in all the essential goalkeeping skills already, who are looking for advanced repetitions and high intensity drills.
